Absolutely. We provide regular servicing packages to keep your system efficient and F-Gas compliant, and we also offer call-out repairs for breakdowns.

Yes. Modern air conditioning systems can be effectively powered by solar PV, helping lower energy bills and improve efficiency. Because air conditioning is most commonly used during warm, sunny periods, it aligns well with solar generation. During a survey, we assess usage patterns, system sizing and available roof space to ensure optimal performance.

Yes! All our electrical work is carried out by qualified engineers to current regulations. We are fully insured and compliant with Part P for domestic installations.

Yes! All our installations come with a minimum 12-month workmanship guarantee, and equipment is backed by manufacturer warranties (typically 3–7 years). For added peace of mind, you can upgrade to FOAC Comfort Care – our optional aftercare package that includes extended support, priority servicing, and annual system health checks.

Many renewable heating installations, such as air source heat pumps, currently qualify for 0% VAT under the UK government’s Energy Saving Materials scheme, which is available until 31 March 2027.

In most domestic cases, planning permission is not required. However, restrictions may apply to listed buildings, flats or conservation areas. We’ll always advise during the survey stage if any permissions are needed.

Most single room installations are completed within one day. Larger or multi-room systems may take longer depending on complexity, electrical works and access.
