At Fair Oak Air Conditioning, we offer FOAC Comfort Care (FOAC CC) – a smart monthly plan designed to keep your air conditioning system in top condition. Whether you're a new customer or had an install with us years ago, our FOAC CC plan ensures you're protected, your equipment is maintained, and your manufacturer's warranty remains valid.

FOAC Comfort Care Plan

We keep things simple with one straightforward option:


  • £12.60 per month – Single split system
  • £3.33 per month per additional indoor unit


  • Billed monthly by Direct Debit
  • 7-year Comfort Care agreement
  • Annual price review in line with inflation (CPI), capped at 5%


  • Includes one full annual service, priority support, warranty compliance and exclusive FOAC Comfort Care benefits.


⚖️ Over 7 years, FOAC Comfort Care typically saves clients £200–£300 compared to Pay-As-You-Go servicing, based on current pricing and assumed annual service cost increases, while also providing predictable monthly payments, priority support and long-term system protection.

If we’ve installed your system, you are still required to have annual servicing carried out to remain compliant with your warranty – even if you're not on a plan.

For new installs, FOAC CC can be included in your package to ensure full coverage from day one.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The plan includes one full annual service per system per year, carried out in line with manufacturer servicing requirements.
     
  2. Payment is by monthly Direct Debit. Pricing is reviewed annually in line with CPI, capped at a maximum increase of 5% per year.
     
  3. Systems must be fully operational and in a serviceable condition at the point of joining FOAC Comfort Care. Any remedial works required before enrolment will be quoted separately.
     
  4. FOAC Comfort Care is required to maintain eligibility for the FOAC Lifetime Parts Warranty on qualifying residential systems. If the plan is cancelled, lapses, or servicing is missed, lifetime warranty eligibility will cease and revert to the standard manufacturer warranty where applicable.
     
  5. FOAC Comfort Care is a 7-year agreement. Early cancellation may be subject to an exit fee equal to the remaining balance of the current year or £145 + VAT, whichever is lower, unless cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period following sign-up.
     
  6. The plan covers standard servicing only. Parts, materials, refrigerant, repairs, fault diagnosis outside routine servicing, access equipment, and remedial works are not included unless explicitly stated.
     
  7. Additional visits, missed appointments, or services outside the agreed annual service are chargeable.
     
  8. FOAC Comfort Care members benefit from discounted labour and parts pricing on additional repairs compared to pay-as-you-go servicing rates.
     
  9. Servicing must be carried out without interruption and only by Fair Oak Air Conditioning Ltd or an FOAC-approved contractor. Unauthorised third-party work may invalidate warranty eligibility.
     
  10. Warranty decisions, including whether faults, parts, labour, refrigerant, or repairs are covered, are dependent on the cause of the fault and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
     
  11. FOAC Comfort Care and any associated warranty benefits apply to eligible residential systems only and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
     
  12. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
