By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

General:

• FOAC provides air conditioning, heating, and associated services to residential and commercial clients.
   
• All works are subject to written confirmation via estimate or quote.
   

Estimates and Pricing:

• Estimates are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
   
• All prices are quoted excluding VAT (unless explicitly stated as “including VAT”).
   
• FOAC is VAT registered. VAT will be added at the applicable rate on all invoices.
   

Payments:

• Full payment is due immediately upon completion, unless agreed in writing.
   
• Card payments are securely processed via Tyl by NatWest.
   
• Deposits may be required before works commence.
   
• Late or non-payment may result in legal action and/or additional charges.
   

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to scheduled work.
   
• Refunds are only issued at our discretion where work has not been completed.
   
• Deposits may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
   

Completion and Acceptance:

• Work will be signed off through a job sheet or digital approval.
   
• Dated photos or other records may be used to confirm completion.
   
• Any issues must be raised in writing within 48 hours of completion.
   

FOAC Comfort Care and Manufacturer Warranties:

• Installations registered with FOAC Comfort Care may include additional servicing or support benefits as outlined at the time of agreement.
   
• Where applicable, systems installed are backed by manufacturer warranties (e.g. MHI), provided maintenance conditions are met.
   
• FOAC reserves the right to reject warranty claims where systems have not been maintained in accordance with manufacturer or FOAC guidelines.
   

Chargebacks and Disputes:

• Customers agree to contact FOAC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
   
• FOAC reserves the right to challenge chargebacks using signed job sheets, photographs, communications, and payment records as evidence.
   

Website Use:

• All content on foac.co.uk is owned by FOAC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
   
• FOAC is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our own.
